Appartamento vicino al Lago di Santa Croce

The apartment is very congested, and was not cleaned well before our arrival. We are allergic to pet hair and we found dog hair all over the place. We booked by looking at the photos of the property and that is very misleading. The photos give an impression that this is a separate house, but this is a small apartment and definitely not 90m2. The WLAN did not wirk and the host promised that it will work after two days - no sign of WLAN on the 3rd day. Also hard to communicate with the host as they speak a bit of German and no other language- this of of course super difficult to convey anything over phone, even though we speak good German. The host’s old parents waited for our late arrival to give us the keys - we thank you for that! The place definitely needs to be decongested and cleaned. We would have chosen a different place if there was an option - but can’t really do that after you have driven 1100km with two kids. So Belvilla has to find a way to approve holiday homes - our humble opinion!

Die Wohnung ist sehr voll und wurde vor unserer Ankunft nicht rechtzeitig gereinigt. Wir sind allergisch gegen Tierhaare und haben überall Hundehaare gefunden. Wir haben die Buchung anhand der Fotos der Unterkunft vorgenommen und das ist sehr irreführend. Die Fotos erwecken den Eindruck, dass es sich um ein separates Haus handelt, es handelt sich jedoch um eine kleine Wohnung und definitiv nicht um 90 m². Das WLAN funktionierte nicht und der Gastgeber versprach, dass es nach zwei Tagen funktionieren würde – am 3. Tag keine Spur von WLAN. Außerdem ist es schwierig, mit dem Gastgeber zu kommunizieren, da er ein wenig Deutsch und keine andere Sprache spricht – das ist natürlich super schwierig, etwas am Telefon zu vermitteln, obwohl wir gut Deutsch sprechen. Die alten Eltern des Gastgebers warteten auf unsere verspätete Ankunft, um uns die Schlüssel zu übergeben – dafür danken wir Ihnen! Der Ort muss unbedingt entlastet und gereinigt werden. Wir hätten einen anderen Ort gewählt, wenn es eine Option gäbe – aber das geht nicht wirklich, nachdem man mit zwei Kindern 1100 km gefahren ist. Belvilla muss also einen Weg finden, Ferienhäuser zu genehmigen – unsere bescheidene Meinung!
