Der Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft war außergewöhnlich und ich kann es kaum erwarten, die Erfahrung zu wiederholen. This location is superb, nestled right on the champs elysees with a metro stop just a few blocks away, Each room was generously sized and featured its own shower and vanity, with two communal toilets, Everything was spotless, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, The photos accurately reflect the property, However, one downside was the lobby/entrance area, There was a lack of lighting which made it feel slightly eerie at night, Additionally, a homeless individual slept in the lobby in the mornings, We had a male companion with us, so this wasn't too concerning, but it could be for solo female travelers, Despite this, we had an excellent stay, and it would be an ideal choice for large groups!

Die Lage ist hervorragend, direkt an den Champs Elysees und nur wenige Blocks von einer U-Bahn-Haltestelle entfernt. Jedes Zimmer war großzügig bemessen und hatte eine eigene Dusche und einen eigenen Waschtisch sowie zwei Gemeinschaftstoiletten. Alles war makellos und die Betten waren unglaublich bequem. Die Fotos geben das Anwesen genau wieder. Ein Nachteil war jedoch der Lobby-/Eingangsbereich. Es fehlte an Beleuchtung, was nachts eine etwas unheimliche Atmosphäre ausstrahlte. Außerdem schlief morgens ein Obdachloser in der Lobby. Wir hatten einen männlichen Begleiter dabei, also war dies nicht allzu besorgniserregend, aber bei alleinreisenden Frauen könnte es das sein. Trotzdem hatten wir einen ausgezeichneten Aufenthalt und es wäre eine ideale Wahl für große Gruppen!

The location was ideal for our family vacation! The accommodation provided ample rooms and sufficient space for all six of us, However, the showers posed a problem - we couldn't keep the water from spilling out and it caused flooding in every bathroom, Despite informing the manager, no one came to fix the issue, Consequently, every time someone took a shower, the bathroom would flood and we had to spread out towels to soak up the excess water, This was disappointing - considering the amount we paid, we shouldn't have to deal with such water-related problems, It's a simple issue to rectify, Apart from this, the apartment was excellent and met our needs perfectly,

Die Lage war ideal für unseren Familienurlaub! Die Unterkunft bot geräumige Zimmer und ausreichend Platz für uns alle sechs. Pros, This apartment was in a great location, The beds were comfortable and there were extra pillows available, It had most of the essentials such as a washer, salt, pepper, and some toilet paper, However, there were some drawbacks, It appears that the management of this place is handled by multiple individuals within a management company, resulting in a lack of coordination, Throughout our stay, there was ongoing construction that started early in the morning, disturbing our sleep, The eight flights of stairs were messy due to the construction, and the elevator was out of order for a significant part of our visit, forcing us to climb the stairs, Despite raising concerns about the elevator multiple times, the responses were inconsistent and it seemed like there were communication issues within the management team, Considering the inconveniences caused by the construction and the broken elevator, the price charged for this accommodation did not seem justified,
