The location was superb, within a short walking distance to the Eiffel Tower, Public transportation was easily accessible too, However, there was an occasional unpleasant odour emitting from one of the bathrooms,

This apartment was perfect for our 3-day family trip to Paris, We arrived in Paris at Gare du Nord and found it extremely convenient to reach the apartment via RER, Even returning to Charles de Gaulle via RER was a breeze, The accommodation was spacious enough for three people and had a lovely patio, We managed to walk to the Eiffel Tower and other landmarks like Notre Dame, the Louvre, etc, The apartment was surrounded by numerous small markets and excellent patisseries, However, there were a couple of issues - a significant sewer gas odor in the master bedroom's bathroom, essentially making it unusable, Plus, some of the dishes appeared to be unclean from earlier use,

Diese Wohnung war perfekt für unseren dreitägigen Familienausflug nach Paris. Wir kamen in Paris am Gare du Nord an und fanden es äußerst praktisch, die Wohnung mit der RER zu erreichen. Sogar die Rückfahrt nach Charles de Gaulle mit der RER war ein Kinderspiel. Die Unterkunft war groß genug für drei Personen und hatte eine schöne Terrasse. Wir konnten zu Fuß zum Eiffelturm und zu anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten wie Notre Dame, dem Louvre usw. gehen. Die Wohnung war von zahlreichen kleinen Märkten und ausgezeichneten Konditoreien umgeben. Es gab jedoch ein paar Probleme - einen deutlichen Geruch nach Kanalgas im Badezimmer des Hauptschlafzimmers, wodurch es praktisch unbenutzbar war. Außerdem schien das Geschirr vom früheren Gebrauch unsauber zu sein.

L'appartement est idéalement placé, tout est à proximité (transports, sites à visiter, restaurants / épiceries), Au sein du logement, l'accueil était chaleureux, l'appartement était bien aménagé et très vaste avec sa magnifique terrasse, La communication avec l'hôte est efficace et prompte, Je le recommande vivement, j'y reviendrai sans aucun doute :)

Die Wohnung ist ideal gelegen, alles ist in der Nähe (Verkehrsmittel, Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants/Lebensmittelgeschäfte). Der Empfang in der Unterkunft war herzlich, die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet und sehr groß mit ihrer herrlichen Terrasse. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber ist effizient und prompt, ich kann es nur wärmstens empfehlen, ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen :)

This Parisian apartment is absolutely stunning and incredibly secluded, Unfortunately, there aren't many dining options or cafes nearby, but it's just a short, beautiful, and safe walk to everything you could possibly need, including supermarkets (there's even one right under the building), department stores, cafes, trains, and, of course, the Eiffel Tower, The interior of the apartment may be a bit smaller than expected, but that wasn't an issue for us since we spent most of our time outdoors, and there's a charming deck area where you can enjoy your meals or simply unwind outside, The only thing that would make it perfect is a microwave, but all other essentials are provided (and there's a laundromat just down the street),

One of the showers didn't drain correctly, but apart from that, everything else was great

Wir haben uns in Joffreys Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt, Die Einrichtung ist wirklich stilvoll und in der Küche gab es alles, was wir brauchten, Auf den Matratzen haben wir sehr gut geschlafen, Wir haben den Balkon oft genutzt, dort kann man herrlich frühstücken, zu Abend essen oder einen Drink auf der Lounge genießen, Die Lage und Ausstattung sind einfach klasse! Direkt gegenüber gibt es einen Supermarkt, in dem man alles für den täglichen Bedarf findet, Links um die Ecke ist die nächste Bushaltestelle nur 20 Meter entfernt, und mehrere U-Bahn-Stationen sowie eine RER-Station (200m) sind in der Nähe (U-Bahn-Station Javel 180m), Zum Eiffelturm sind es zu Fuß 20-25 Minuten, Gegenüber vom Haus gibt es auch eine Station mit Leih-Scootern und -Fahrrädern, mit denen wir eine wunderbare Tour entlang der Seine gemacht haben, Wir können Joffreys Unterkunft nur empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

The flat resembled the pictures, A bit small for a family of four, but manageable, Some essential items were missing, but they promptly resolved the issue, Overall, we were content with the flat and our time there,

Joffrey was a great host, Very responsive, The apartment is situated in a nice area with plenty of shops nearby, There is a grocery store right across from the apartment, Train stations are close by, making it easy to access food and other necessities, However, the apartment is on the 1st floor, so we had to carry our heavy bags up the stairs since there is no elevator, Our stay wasn't very comfortable because there were 6 of us and the apartment was too small, It's more suitable for a group of 4 or fewer, The space felt cramped and we had limited movement, Although the balcony was a nice feature, we didn't use it because it was dirty and lacked privacy, We struggled with the washer and dryer due to the lack of clear instructions, as everything was in French, Additionally, hot water was only available at certain times, Despite these issues, we had a pleasant short stay, Just a tip: avoid visiting France on Labor Day (May 1st) as most shops are closed,
