Ons verblijf in het appartement was aangenaam, Het is een gloednieuw en fris appartement, zeer schoon en volledig uitgerust met alles wat je nodig hebt voor een verblijf van een paar dagen, Een groot pluspunt is de aanwezigheid van 2 aparte slaapkamers, elk met een eigen badkamer, Het appartement is gecreëerd in een voormalige winkelruimte waar de winkelramen grotendeels zijn afgesloten en het daglicht komt binnen via ramen die vrij hoog zitten, Er is genoeg licht in de ruimte, maar helaas konden de ramen niet open omdat het elektrische systeem niet goed functioneerde, Dat voelde voor ons wat verstikkend, aangezien we gewend zijn om met de ramen open te slapen, Ik heb het probleem gemeld en ik twijfel er niet aan dat het raam systeem gerepareerd zal worden, Verder is de omgeving geweldig, Het 11e arrondissement is een levendig stadsdeel met veel restaurants en winkels, Er is een supermarkt om de hoek en in de straat zijn er veel bakkerijen en koffiehuizen,

Unser Aufenthalt in der Wohnung war angenehm. Es ist eine brandneue und frische Wohnung, sehr sauber und komplett ausgestattet mit allem, was Sie für einen mehrtägigen Aufenthalt benötigen. Ein großes Plus ist das Vorhandensein von 2 separaten Schlafzimmern, jedes mit eigenem Bad , Die Wohnung ist in einem ehemaligen Ladenlokal entstanden, in dem die Schaufenster weitgehend verschlossen sind und durch recht hohe Fenster Tageslicht einfällt. Es ist genügend Licht im Raum, leider ließen sich die Fenster nicht öffnen, da die Elektrik nicht funktionierte richtig funktionieren Das hat uns etwas gespürt Erstickend, da wir es gewohnt sind, bei geöffneten Fenstern zu schlafen. Ich habe das Problem gemeldet und habe keinen Zweifel daran, dass das Fenstersystem repariert wird. Außerdem ist die Gegend großartig. Das 11. Arrondissement ist ein lebhafter Teil der Stadt mit vielen Restaurants und Geschäfte, Es gibt einen Supermarkt um die Ecke und in der Straße gibt es viele Bäckereien und Kaffeehäuser,

Unser Aufenthalt hier war angenehm, mit sauberen und modernen Unterkünften. Die Einheit, die früher ein Ladenlokal war, liegt direkt neben der Straße, aber wir hatten keine Probleme,

The place was delightful, sporting a fully outfitted kitchen, Its location was fantastic, providing easy access to the metro, We felt secure in the neighborhood, Though there was occasional noise from the street, it wasn't a significant concern, and you can expect a peaceful sleep, :D

Die Unterkunft war entzückend und verfügte über eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Die Lage war fantastisch und bot einfachen Zugang zur U-Bahn. Wir fühlten uns in der Nachbarschaft sicher. Obwohl es gelegentlich Straßenlärm gab, war dies kein großes Problem und man kann einen ruhigen Schlaf erwarten. :D

Sehr schöne und liebevoll eingerichtete Unterkunft, Die Lage war an sich sehr gut, nur leider direkt an einer Straße,In ein paar Minuten ist man am Platz der Bastille und findet viele Restaurants und Bars, Ein Einkaufsgeschäft befindet sich ebenfalls in Fußnähe,Da es sich wohl um einen früheren Shop und keine Wohnung handelt, bestand die Wand zur Straße hin aus Glas, was den Lärm leider hindurch ließ, In einem der Schlafzimmer hatte man ein dauerhaftes Brummen (Klima oder etwas in der Art),

Fantastic accommodation! He was quite prompt in his responses when we required additional items throughout our stay, The place is located directly on the street (I think he mentioned that it used to be a shop), Nevertheless, the flat was extremely cozy and inviting,

Fantastische Unterkunft! Er antwortete ziemlich schnell, wenn wir während unseres Aufenthalts zusätzliche Dinge benötigten. Die Unterkunft liegt direkt an der Straße (ich glaube, er erwähnte, dass es früher ein Geschäft war). Trotzdem war die Wohnung äußerst gemütlich und einladend.

Très bel appartement en plein centre de Paris, très propre et élégant mais la porte d'entrée de la maison donne directement sur la ruelle, ce qui représente un risque pour les enfants, De plus, il n'y a pas de sonnette, donc lorsque quelqu'un frappe à la porte de la rue, il faut ouvrir directement, ce qui entraîne un manque de sécurité, Il faudrait installer une porte en métal avec un judas pour la sécurité des clients, Deux fois des passants ont frappé à notre porte et nous avons ouvert sans savoir qui c'était?

Lovely apartment, just a short walk from beautiful squares, the Seine, and restaurants, With the metro and bicycles, you can quickly reach the heart of Paris and its popular attractions, We stayed with 3 children, plenty of space (even 3 TVs!), and the second bathroom was very comfortable, The street itself may not be very inspiring, but there is plenty of charm around the corner, We were very pleased with the apartment, and the neighborhood is quiet at night, Comfortable beds, and even the sofa bed is very comfortable, You can also walk to Place des Vosges, which I personally find to be a delightful square, away from all the traffic, It's a pity there's no outdoor seating, but that's seldom the case in Paris with a ground floor apartment, However, you can walk to the Seine, where you can relax by the water and even enjoy the sunset, I wholeheartedly recommend the apartment!

Our stay at Joffrey's place was fantastic, We enjoyed the en-suite rooms and the excellent communication with Joffrey and the hospitality team, The response time was very fast, The neighborhood is lovely with great restaurants and a metro station just a 5-minute walk away,

What a fantastic place, we immediately felt comfortable and they ensured our stay was relaxing, The location is incredibly convenient, with the metro, supermarkets, and cafes nearby, We will definitely be returning,

This location was just what we were looking for, A peaceful place to unwind after a busy day exploring the city, It is situated in a fantastic area with plenty of good food options and markets to buy groceries, The apartment is nicely furnished and the beds and sofa bed are really comfy! Joffrey was quick to respond and offered great assistance! We were a bit worried about traveling to Paris with the protests and riots going on, but he put our minds at ease and everything turned out well!
