The apartment was beautiful and conveniently located close to restaurants, metro, and the Eiffel Tower, It had ample space to accommodate our family of 5 comfortably, The place provided all the necessary amenities, The small elevator was sufficient to carry our light luggage up 6 floors, and we managed to climb the stairs ourselves, We did notice some sewer odors, similar to other reviews, but they were not intense and quickly vanished when we ran the water, so it was not a major inconvenience, We would certainly choose to stay here again due to the location and stunning space!

Der kleine Aufzug reichte aus, um unser leichtes Gepäck sechs Stockwerke hoch zu befördern, und wir schafften es, die Treppen alleine hochzusteigen. Uns fielen zwar ein wenig Abwassergeruch auf, ähnlich wie in anderen Bewertungen, aber dieser war nicht intensiv und verschwand schnell, als wir das Wasser laufen ließen, sodass es keine größere Unannehmlichkeit darstellte. Aufgrund der Lage und der atemberaubenden Räumlichkeiten würden wir uns auf jeden Fall wieder für einen Aufenthalt hier entscheiden!

The location was fantastic and it covered all our needs, It was convenient to have an elevator for groceries and heavy luggage, We felt incredibly safe, and it was near to all amenities, The Metro was within a short walking distance, and the Eiffel Tower was just around the corner, The location and flat were both superb!

Incredibly charming apartment, The loft was a hit amongst the teenagers, Exceptionally clean, It was convenient to have the bathroom separate from the shower area, The apartment was nestled in a community, hidden behind a building front with a locked entrance, it almost had a magical feel to it, Highly recommended!

Unglaublich charmantes Apartment. Das Loft war der Hit unter den Teenagern. Außergewöhnlich sauber. Es war praktisch, dass das Badezimmer vom Duschbereich getrennt war. Das Apartment lag eingebettet in einer Wohnanlage, versteckt hinter einer Gebäudefront mit verschlossenem Eingang, es hatte eine fast magische Atmosphäre. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Will definitely choose to stay here again!! There's a wonderful bakery just across the street and plenty of restaurants in the vicinity!

Highly suggest, Flat as shown in the pictures, Very clean, Towels and beddings spotless, An excellent location, Eiffel Tower at one end of the street and the Arc de Triomphe at the other, Kleiber Pub across the street is a must-visit for food, And Frog XVI pub 200 meters away = amazing beer and amazing staff!
