The apartment's location is excellent and it's beautifully designed, It's modern, clean, and stylish, However, there was considerable noise from the bar located directly below the apartment on the first evening, Additionally, the ceiling fan was malfunctioning, resulting in an uncomfortable heat in the loft area despite having the windows open, The host was quick to respond the following day, arranging for building maintenance to examine the problem and supply portable fans, It's worth mentioning that there was no spare toilet paper roll, The check-in and check-out process was smooth,

Die Lage des Apartments ist ausgezeichnet und es ist wunderschön gestaltet. Es ist modern, sauber und stilvoll. Allerdings gab es am ersten Abend einen ziemlichen Lärm von der Bar direkt unter dem Apartment. Außerdem funktionierte der Deckenventilator nicht richtig, sodass es trotz geöffneter Fenster unangenehm heiß im Dachgeschoss war. Der Gastgeber reagierte am nächsten Tag schnell und arrangierte, dass die Gebäudewartung das Problem untersuchte und tragbare Ventilatoren bereitstellte. Erwähnenswert ist, dass es keine Ersatzrollen für Toilettenpapier gab. Der Check-in- und Check-out-Prozess verlief reibungslos.

The hostess is incredibly friendly and kind! The place is completely refurbished and everything seems brand new, I have a heightened sensitivity to bugs and bedbugs, but there were absolutely no problems in that regard, Check in and check out were smooth, and the location is perfect for everything! We didn't realize there were so many stairs to reach the floor, which was initially frustrating,, But it turned into a fun memory from our Paris trip :)

Ich reagiere sehr empfindlich auf Ungeziefer und Bettwanzen, aber diesbezüglich gab es absolut keine Probleme. Das Ein- und Auschecken verlief reibungslos und die Lage ist für alles perfekt! Wir wussten nicht, dass wir so viele Stufen hinaufsteigen mussten, was zunächst frustrierend war, aber es wurde zu einer schönen Erinnerung an unsere Paris-Reise :)

The apartment was in a perfect location for touring Paris! We walked almost everywhere, The place was fantastic! It was near the metro line, stores, and dining establishments, The flat was extremely clean and cozy for my group of 3 adults, There are two flights of stairs to get to the unit which was not an issue for us, but it might be if you have children or strollers etc, I would certainly return and stay here yet again! Absolutely adored this apartment!

Es war modern, makellos und bequem und befand sich in der idealsten Lage. Die Straße neben unserer war ein Fußgängerparadies voller Cafés, Restaurants und Bäckereien. Wir haben drei Abende an verschiedenen Orten zu Abend gegessen und jedes Mal genossen. Le Compas, das vom Gastgeber empfohlen wurde, war perfekt für unser erstes Abendessen in Paris. Es gibt einen Tipp für das Zimmer im Obergeschoss mit dem großen Bett und dem Einzelbett. Es hat eine Deckenhöhe von 1,50 m, sodass das Umziehen für jemanden mit einer Größe von 1,80 m eine kleine Herausforderung sein kann. Ich habe mich schließlich im Sitzen umgezogen, und meine Frau hat ihren Koffer zum Umziehen nach unten gebracht - ich hätte das Gleiche tun sollen. Zusammenfassend lässt sich sagen, dass dieser Ort fantastisch ist. Wir waren absolut begeistert. Das Schlafsofa ist neu und meine Töchter haben bequem darauf geschlafen. Alles ist in hervorragendem Zustand und funktioniert perfekt. Alles war sauber. Die Lage ist nur einen Steinwurf von der U-Bahn-Haltestelle Sentier entfernt.
