Vår vistelse var väldigt behaglig, Bostaden var liten och bekväm, fantastisk för en övernattning, Det enda problemet var duschen, det var svårt att justera en konstant temperatur och vattenflödet var inte tillfredsställande,

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Die Unterkunft war klein und komfortabel, ideal für eine Übernachtung. Das einzige Problem war die Dusche, es war schwierig, eine konstante Temperatur einzustellen und der Wasserfluss war nicht zufriedenstellend.

The location was excellent, hidden just right but with simple access to transit, cafes, pubs, and boutiques, The place itself was a bit tight for a family of four (we stayed for 4 days), It might have been okay if we were only there for a day or so, The space was small and congested, so we found it hard to cook, but there were plenty of options around, The air conditioning was decent, and the wifi was excellent, allowing me to work without any issues, The place is managed by a company that was quick to respond and check on us, which was nice, In general, I would suggest this for a couple, it becomes a bit crowded for more than 2 adults (sofa bed takes up a lot of the living area), so it essentially becomes a place to only sleep and bathe, The location is fantastic, I would come back when I visit with just my wife :)

Die Lage war ausgezeichnet, genau richtig versteckt, aber mit einfachem Zugang zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, Cafés, Pubs und Boutiquen. Der Ort selbst war für eine vierköpfige Familie etwas eng (wir blieben 4 Tage). Es wäre vielleicht okay gewesen, wenn wir nur für einen Tag oder so da gewesen wären. Der Platz war klein und überfüllt, sodass wir kaum kochen konnten, aber es gab viele Möglichkeiten in der Umgebung. Die Klimaanlage war okay und das WLAN war ausgezeichnet, sodass ich ohne Probleme arbeiten konnte. Der Ort wird von einer Firma verwaltet, die schnell reagierte und nach uns sah, was nett war. Generell würde ich es für ein Paar empfehlen. Für mehr als 2 Erwachsene wird es etwas eng (das Schlafsofa nimmt viel Wohnbereich ein), sodass es im Wesentlichen ein Ort ist, an dem man nur schläft und badet. Die Lage ist fantastisch, ich würde wiederkommen, wenn ich nur mit meiner Frau dort bin :)

Our stay at this Airbnb was pleasant, It's situated in a perfect location, with the room overlooking a courtyard which offers a peaceful environment for a restful night, The bed was notably comfortable, with the feel of a hotel bed complete with crisply ironed sheets, The host offered kind gestures such as water and cookies upon check-in, As noted by previous guests, there was an emergence of an unpleasant bathroom odor in the kitchen on day two, This didn't overly affect us as we weren't in the apartment much, and there was no smell in the bedroom, However, to keep the bedroom odor-free, we weren't able to use the air conditioning as the vent was located in the kitchen, and we had to shut the bedroom 'door', Despite this, we found the accommodation to be of good value,

Wie von früheren Gästen angemerkt, trat am zweiten Tag ein unangenehmer Badezimmergeruch in der Küche auf. Dies hat uns nicht allzu sehr gestört, da wir nicht viel in der Wohnung waren und es im Schlafzimmer keinen Geruch gab. Um das Schlafzimmer jedoch geruchsfrei zu halten, konnten wir die Klimaanlage nicht benutzen, da sich die Lüftung in der Küche befand und wir die Schlafzimmertür schließen mussten. Trotzdem empfanden wir die Unterkunft als preiswert.

The location was excellent, just a few steps away from the République Metro station, Our trip coincided with the French elections and as expected, there was a large protest but with a significant police and military presence, It's also very close to the Utopie bakery, the winner of the 2024 baguette competition, The bed was clean and comfortable with luxurious sheets, and the apartment size was just right - cozy yet spacious, Entry requires three different lock codes and a key, providing a strong sense of safety, We wouldn't mind staying here again!

Unsere Reise fiel mit den französischen Wahlen zusammen und wie erwartet gab es eine große Protestkundgebung, allerdings mit erheblicher Polizei- und Militärpräsenz. Es liegt auch ganz in der Nähe der Bäckerei Utopie, dem Gewinner des Baguette-Wettbewerbs 2024. Das Bett war sauber und komfortabel mit luxuriöser Bettwäsche und die Wohnungsgröße war genau richtig – gemütlich und doch geräumig. Für den Zugang sind drei verschiedene Schlosscodes und ein Schlüssel erforderlich, was ein hohes Sicherheitsgefühl vermittelt. Wir würden gerne wieder hier übernachten!

Io, insieme alla mia famiglia, abbiamo alloggiato in questo incantevole appartamento per 5 giorni, in totale eravamo in tre, L'ubicazione del posto era davvero molto pratica, a soli 3 minuti dalla metropolitana, al piano terra con un cortile posteriore tranquillo e silenzioso durante la notte anche se il quartiere di Marais è pieno di locali vivaci, La cucina aveva tutti i comfort necessari, L'alloggio ha soddisfatto le nostre aspettative e desideri per il nostro viaggio a Parigi,

Zusammen mit meiner Familie habe ich 5 Tage in dieser charmanten Wohnung verbracht, insgesamt waren wir zu dritt. Die Lage der Unterkunft war wirklich sehr praktisch, nur 3 Minuten von der U-Bahn entfernt, im Erdgeschoss mit einer ruhigen und friedlichen Atmosphäre Hinterhof während der Nacht, obwohl das Marais-Viertel voller lebhafter Clubs ist. Die Küche war mit allen nötigen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet. Die Unterkunft entsprach unseren Erwartungen und Wünschen für unsere Reise nach Paris.

Pros: Amazing location, especially if you want to explore le marais, Close to fantastic bakeries and cafes, Very secure building, Joffrey is wonderful, responsive (the shower was broken but he organized a very quick repair), Cons: Check-in process was a bit chaotic, We were told we could check in early (at noon) but there was a misunderstanding with the cleaning company, so the room was not ready when we arrived, The cleaners also couldn't complete the job until we came back since there was only one set of keys, We had to wait outside while they finished up, In our opinion, the room was neat/presentable, but not extremely clean, Overall, enjoyable stay,
