Our stay was satisfactory, the apartment is ideally situated in the heart of Marais but very peaceful once inside, It's excellent for a brief visit, The check-in process was straightforward, The apartment was extremely clean and equipped with everything necessary, Both the bedroom and bathroom are pretty spacious, On the negative side, we could only check-in at 4pm, which is quite late (with an option to pay 50 euros to arrive earlier), especially since we also had to check out at 10am, Regarding the apartment, I would just mention that the living room/kitchen seemed much smaller than in the photos, and the sofa resembles more of a chair, but I suppose if you're staying in this Marais apartment, it's to explore and not lounge on the sofa :) On the whole, it was a pleasant stay, thanks!

Unser Aufenthalt war zufriedenstellend. Die Wohnung hat eine ideale Lage im Herzen von Marais, ist aber drinnen sehr friedlich. Sie eignet sich hervorragend für einen kurzen Besuch. Der Check-in-Prozess verlief unkompliziert. Die Wohnung war äußerst sauber und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Sowohl das Schlafzimmer als auch das Badezimmer sind recht geräumig. Negativ anzumerken ist, dass wir erst um 16 Uhr einchecken konnten, was ziemlich spät ist (mit der Option, 50 Euro zu zahlen, um früher anzukommen), insbesondere, da wir auch um 10 Uhr auschecken mussten. Was die Wohnung betrifft, möchte ich nur erwähnen, dass das Wohnzimmer/die Küche viel kleiner wirkte als auf den Fotos und das Sofa eher wie ein Sessel aussieht, aber ich nehme an, wenn man in dieser Wohnung im Marais wohnt, dann zum Erkunden und nicht, um auf dem Sofa zu faulenzen :) Im Großen und Ganzen war es ein angenehmer Aufenthalt, danke!

Allerdings fehlt ein richtiges Schneidebrett, es ist nur ein hölzernes Brotschneidebrett vorhanden. Die Spülmaschine ist nicht richtig eingebaut und lässt sich nicht vollständig öffnen, ist aber noch verwendbar. Ich würde dem Eigentümer empfehlen, dieses kleine Problem zu beheben. Das Bett ist sehr bequem und es gibt reichlich Stauraum im Apartment. Das Badezimmer ist modern und sauber. Die Regendusche und der große Elektroboiler, mit dem man etwa 35 Minuten duschen kann, sind Pluspunkte. Insgesamt würde ich dieses Apartment weiterempfehlen!

Die Küche war gut ausgestattet und ich war erfreut, ein Schneidebrett vorzufinden, dessen Fehlen in einer früheren Bewertung erwähnt wurde, was darauf hindeutet, dass die Gastgeber auf Feedback reagieren. Das Badezimmer ist deutlich größer als viele, die ich in Paris gesehen habe, und makellos sauber. Der Boiler reicht bequem für etwa 2 Personen und obwohl die Dusche nicht so heiß wurde wie der Wasserhahn, war sie im Großen und Ganzen zufriedenstellend.
