Great place for those who want stay inside Old TownLocation, It was right on the main street in Old town Dubrovnik, Could go around the place late in the night and early morning before the crowds come in, , It is on the street level , so there are no extra steps other than the ones to reach the old Town, There was even a small convenience store and ATM just across the property, All the restaurants are just around it, Breakfast is no issue too, The restaurants around serve breakfast and there is Coffee shop close to it too,

Man konnte sich spät in der Nacht und früh am Morgen umsehen, bevor die Massen kamen. Es liegt auf Straßenniveau, sodass man keine weiteren Schritte unternehmen muss, außer denen, die man braucht, um in die Altstadt zu gelangen. Direkt gegenüber auf der anderen Seite des Grundstücks gab es sogar einen kleinen Supermarkt und einen Geldautomaten. Alle Restaurants sind gleich um die Ecke. Auch das Frühstück ist kein Problem. Die Restaurants in der Umgebung servieren Frühstück und es gibt auch ein Café in der Nähe.

Lumin Guest House couldn't be more central as it's right on Stradun, the main street, A small window looks out onto the street - rooms higher up seem to have larger windows, I was there over New Year and it was warm and cosy, Furnishings very pleasant and the bed comfortable, Everything worked well including heating, shower, WiFi, kettle to make hot drinks, and a small fridge, The 'soundproof' window keeps most normal street noise out, There were outdoor concerts strongly amplified while I stayed but I was either outside to see them or didn't mind hearing them! After 11 pm most nights except NYE it was quiet, The owner was there when I arrived, with a friendly welcome but guests might need to ring for check in, The stairs are modern but steep and would be difficult for anyone who might struggle, Above all Dubrovnik is a fabulous city and Lumin couldn't be more convenient for exploring it,

Great location, right in the heart of Dubrovnik Old Town, so everything is on your doorstep, Attractive, clean apartment and just what we needed for a 2-night stop! We had a car so had to park in the public garage, which is about a 15 minute walk away but definitely better value for money that some of the car parks closer to the old town!

Location was perfect that you can walk anywhere you want, However building of guest house is too noisy that you may not fall sleep, like us, When people go up or down from the ladders it sounds like the building is breaking down,

We stayed for 2 nights in Apartment 3 in the Lumin Guest House in Dubrovnik, The apartment entrance was just off the main street in the old town, Great location and great modern apartment with the usual facilities,

right in the centre of the old town, Very comfortable, Biggest problem was the inability to leave luggage with them after our stay, Well, we could, but they said they couldn't get to their office to take bags in until an hour and a half after we were required to check out, which was extremely inconvenient, Not the biggest worry however, as there is a left luggage in the city for a cost, However, I think if you are requiring guests to leave at a certain time, then you should at the very least be in your offices at that time to look after luggage for a bit, as the schedule of your holiday is most likely dependant on the ferry/catamaran schedules,

Pleasant little flat bright and convenient, We enjoyed having the view on the main street As we arrived before 2pm we were able to leave our bags to the main office which was very helpful, The bathroom could do with a little bit of modernising

The best thing is the location - right on the main street through Dubrvnik old town, with all the main attractions and loads of restaurants nearby, Also only 2 minutes walk from Pile gate where the buses and taxis drop off so you don't have to carry luggage up lots of stairs, The room was spacious and clean and everything looks like it's been recently re-decorated, Everything worked well, nice hot shower, The only thing to be aware of is that there is no double bed, only 2 singles pushed together to make a double, but this seems to be quite common in European countries so probably similar in other apartments, Overall very very good!

Our room was very clean, had everything we needed, The location could not be better, you are in the middle of Old Town overlooking the main street, In short, the perfect place to stay for a very good price, We would definitaly recommend staying here,

Exelente Ubicación, en el corazon de Old Town, a pasos (literalmete) de restaurantes, Pubs y la Avenida Principal de Dubrovnik, Si desean pasar unos pocos dias para recorrer la Fantastica y Bella ciudad es una muy buena opcion, Ojo, es un Guest House y deber coordinar tu llegada para que te espere el personal, el cual es muy atento y amable, Sin duda si vuelvo a Dubrovnik, me quedare aqui y lo recomendare Muchas Gracias por todo
