Dubrovnik 2024The house is perfect, It has everything you need and the location is great, It has air-conditioning in all the rooms, which is essential, it has a lovely outside terrace, It',s a short distance by car from the Oldtown and in the opposite direction from Lapad, Each has a different vibe, the Oldtown has lively bars, and Lapad is more relaxed, If i return to Dubrovnik i would definitely stay here again,

Dubrovnik 2024Das Haus ist perfekt. Es hat alles, was man braucht, und die Lage ist großartig. Es hat eine Klimaanlage in allen Zimmern, was wichtig ist, es hat eine schöne Außenterrasse. Es ist nur eine kurze Autofahrt von der Altstadt entfernt und in die entgegengesetzte Richtung von Lapad. Jeder Ort hat eine andere Atmosphäre, die Altstadt hat lebhafte Bars und Lapad ist entspannter. Wenn ich nach Dubrovnik zurückkehre, würde ich auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten.

Ante was a wonderful host who ensured we had everything we needed for a great stay in his lovely, clean, modern house,everything! This apartment was spacious, modern, clean with everything you could need for a comfortable stay, Loved having 3 bathrooms, a great lounge area and the outdoor patio for eating at night

Dieses Apartment war geräumig, modern, sauber und hatte alles, was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt braucht. Ich fand es toll, 3 Badezimmer, einen tollen Wohnbereich und die Außenterrasse zum Essen am Abend zu haben

This property was very well looked after, clean, spacious and very well appointed for 6 people, We had 4 adults and 2 children with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, The property agent Tony was very nice and obliging and was there for any problems that might have arisen, As it turns out the only problem that arose was that the WiFi cut out several times, Tony was over in a flash to rectify the problem, I would recommend this property to families looking for some peace and quiet a little away from the hustle and bustle of the Old Town, It is up on the hill about a 20 min walk to the Old Town but with a bus running almost right outside the door every 15mins downtown, Very convenient,

Four bedroom, three bathroom house about a thirty minute gentle walk from the Old Town and a fifteen minute walk from beaches, Fully air conditioned, Well appointed, Sharing with two other couples made this great value for money,

The house was lovely, Extremely clean and all new, Antonio was there to greet us on arrival, and both he and his mother were available whenever we had questions, The location is a 20-30 minute walk from the old town, or a quick bus ride, Buses run regularly, and we were very happy to not be staying in the old town itself, I would certainly recommend this house and would stay again if I were returning to the area,

Everything was great here, All very new und modern, Big rooms, We were surprised, Very cheap, Not far from the old town, Bakery, restaurant around the corner, 30 minutes from the Airport, Nice owner, Nothing to complain about, We come back,

A super holiday home, Ivana the owners Mother was there to welcome us and show how everything worked, not very good English but able to understand her, a lovely lady, Anthony came an hour or so later who had very good English and was very helpful, A great start to our 5 day break, The accommodation is very new, it was also very clean we had a change of towels and bed linen after 3 days, I could not fault it, The walk to the old town is about 20 minutes, or the is a bus stop at the end of the road, 2 minute walk, that takes you to the old town, There is also a taxi rank about 3 minutes walk down the hill,
