How can I become an OYO Wizard member?: Simply purchase one of the membership (Blue/Silver/Gold) via our web/app or at our partner hotels. And please hurry, since the membership is being offered at an early bird discount of 80% for a limited period of time

Where do I see my membership details?: Your membership details are mentioned under profile section on the web and app. Once you sign up as Wizard member, the membership details are also sent to you through email and SMS

I selected the option to buy membership but cannot see the details on my profile page: Your wizard membership gets confirmed only post receipt of payment for the same. In case you made a Pay at Hotel booking, the membership will be confirmed only after payment is received at the hotel

What is Wizard ‘Base’ hotel?: Wizard ‘Base’ is that one special hotel where you can avail 10% discount on all your future bookings

How do I select my Wizard Base?: You will be prompted to select your Wizard Base post buying the membership & at every booking you make at a Wizard Partner hotel post the purchase. All you need to do is simply select the property of your choice as Base.

Can I change my Wizard Base?: Once selected, the Wizard Base cannot be changed for the duration of membership. However, if in an unlikely event of Wizard Partner Hotel opting out of this program, you shall be provided an option to opt for alternate Wizard Base

Can I avail 10% discount for every booking at my Wizard Base?: You are eligible for 10% additional discount at your Wizard Base for every subsequent booking after your first checkout from your Wizard Base post selection. For your first stay at Wizard Base after selection of the Base hotel, you are entitled for 5% discount

How many times can I use my membership card to avail discount at OYO Wizard Member Hotels?: Validity of OYO Wizard membership is 6 months for Blue members, 12 months for Silver members and 24 months for Gold members from the date of purchase. You may avail discount across all Wizard Member Hotels unlimited number of times during the validity period, i.e. True Infinity!

I just became a new OYO Wizard member. Can I avail the discount benefits on my current booking?: Yes, you are entitled for 5% additional discount for your first booking (including your Wizard Base hotel). In case you have already checked in, the same amount will be adjusted against the booking at the time of checkout

I got some OYO money after becoming a Wizard Member. How long will this OYO money be valid?: OYO Wizard Blue, SIlver and Gold members will get 500, 1200 and 3000 OYO money respectively on membership purchase. This OYO money will be valid for 6 months, 6 month and 1 year respectively for Blue, SIlver and Gold members respectively

I got Rs.500 OYO money after becoming a Wizard Member. When can I start using this OYO money for my bookings?: This additional OYO money can be used for your future bookings across any OYO property based on the condition of OYO money application limits at the respective property. However, this cannot be applied for your current booking

I am already a Wizard member. Do I have to buy membership again?: All existing WIzard members will be upgraded to Wizard Blue tier by default. You can upgrade to higher tiers (Silver, Gold) by paying the additional amount for the tier

I am an existing Wizard member who has been upgraded to Wizard Blue. Will the validity of my membership change?: No, all exisiting Wizard members will be upgraded to Wizard Blue without any change in validity

Can I upgrade my membership after purchasing Blue/Silver membership?: Yes, you can upgrade to any of the higher tiers at any point of time by paying the additional amount. If you are a Blue member you can upgrade to Silver and Gold by paying INR 100 and 300 respectively. If you are Silver member you can upgrade to Gold by paying INR 200

Can I downgrade my membership for a refund?: Membership can not be downgraded during the validity period once purchased. Silver membership can not be changed to Blue and Gold membership can not be changed to Blue or Silver during the validity period

What are the Wizard exclusive benefits and exciting deals that I would get as an OYO Wizard member?: There are various Wizard exclusive benefits, details of which shall be communicated via your registered email and/or SMS soon. Wizard exclusive benefits and exciting deals includes the additional time to time discounts & offers that will be offered exclusively to OYO Wizard members. These benefits shall be communicated to the Wizard member through their registered email and/or SMS

When do I get my OYO money check in reward?: 75 and 200 OYO money will be credited for Wizard Silver and Gold members respectively within 24 hours of every check in

When do I get my 40% off coupon code?: Silver and Gold members will receive 1 and 2 40% off coupon codes respectively immediately after the membership purchase

How long will my 40% off coupon code be valid?: The 40% off coupon codes will be valid for 6 and 12 months for Silver and Gold members respectively

Will my Silver coupon be valid if I upgrade to Gold?: No, 40% off coupon codes are tier specific. If you upgrade from Silver to Gold, the 40% off coupon code you received at the time of your Silver membership purchase will no more be valid. You will receive 2 new 40% off coupon codes as a part of your Wizard Gold benefits

Can I cancel/get refund for my membership?: The membership is non-transferable and non-refundable once purchased

Can I use the 40% off coupon codes in multiple bookings?: 40% off coupons are valid for one time usage only. Silver members will be able to avail 40% off on one booking using the single coupon code and Gold members will be able to avail 40% off on two bookings using two coupon codes

OYO reserves the right to change the fees, program structure or the benefits associated with the Wizard membership at any point of time.

The Wizard membership discount is applicable only for the booking created within the validity period of one's membership.

There is no option to change the Wizard Base Hotel till the selected Base is a part of Wizard Member Hotel Network. If a Member hotel leaves the Wizard membership status, the customer will be intimated and will be able to set a new hotel as his Base Hotel while creating the next booking. This condition can change in future subject to program structure revision policy rights.

Wizard Member hotels can change from time to time. Hence, OYO doesn't guarantee Wizard discount at any hotel for perpetuity.

Invoice will be sent to the registered OYO Wizard member after their sign up to their registered e-mail id. If e-mail id is not registered, kindly call customer support center and get it registered separately.

There is a maximum discount cap per booking for availing the OYO Wizard membership discount.

Any kind of customer fraud being done related to OYO Wizard Membership can result in strict legal or policy action against the customer id and phone number.

Wizard alliance benefits are also subject to change and OYO has the right to offer these benefits to selected or all customers from time to time.

Discount will be applicable only when the booking is made through OYO app, website, call center or by walking-in to a Wizard Member Hotel. Also, the booking needs to be made with the registered mobile number only for discount eligibility.

During upgrade validity period updates as per the upgraded tier. Validity period updates to 12 months and 24 month from date of purchase when user upgrades to Silver and Gold respectively

During upgrade from Silver to Gold, the 40% off coupon code awarded at the time of your Silver membership purchase will no more be valid. 2 new 40% off coupon codes will be awarded as a part of Wizard Gold benefits

The membership is non-transferable and non-refundable once purchased.

Membership can not be downgraded during the validity period once purchased. Silver membership can not be changed to Blue and Gold membership can not be changed to Blue or Silver during the validity period

40% off coupon(s) awarded with Silver/Gold membership is valid for one booking of a maximum of 10 room nights only. Silver members will be able to avail 40% off on one booking using the single coupon code and Gold members will be able to avail 40% off on two bookings using two coupon codes

OYO Wizard members cannot avail upgrade membership feature during the last month of their membership. They can only renew the membership (to any tier) by paying the required renewal fee
